Concerto Melodies For Violin, Volume II, contains three complete concertos — Seitz Concerto #5, the Bach A Minor, and (drum roll, please…) the Bach Double (all three movements) arranged for THREE VIOLINS!
The third violin part in the Bach Double (mvmt. #1) duplicates many of the 16th note passages found in the piano part. It is quite playable on the violin and is a lot of FUN!
There are three separate bound parts. For the Bach A Minor (mvmts. #1 and #3), you get both duets and separate 2nd violin parts, due to the length of these movements. Duets can be used for ensemble work and the 2nd violin parts can be used for performances.
